About Esaias
Passionate about technology and business
After graduating with honors from Dominica State College in 2015 with an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science and Economics, Esaias relentlessly pursued a career that incorporates his technical expertise and business acumen.
Always a critical thinker and creative problem solver, he then went on to obtain a Diploma of Higher Education in Philosophy at the University of London, furthering his technical expertise with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computing with Distinction from Edinburgh Napier University.
He has acquired several certifications and qualifications along the way, including the Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification from Microsoft, a Level 5 Certificate in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute, the Certified Associate in Project Management from the Project Management Institute, and the Certified Network Associate from Cisco, to name a few.
Apart from his academic accomplishments, he has worked with Technical Solution Companies and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) both locally and internationally.
Locally, Esaias has collaborated with service providers to implement countrywide solutions and critical infrastructure implementations.
Internationally, he has collaborated with MSPs providing professional IT services to clients in Australia, the U.S., Canada, and the U.K. Serving in senior positions, he acted as a trusted advisor for a diverse set of technology environments.
Esaias is also one of the top-rated freelancers on Upwork.com, the largest freelance platform globally, representing the top 10% of talent on Upwork. He is focused on providing IT solutions to businesses worldwide.

When not focused on IT or Business, Esaias enjoys spending time in his Church community. He serves as the Youth Director for his assembly’s 12 churches, where he uses his leadership skills to support and engage with young people in his country. Esaias lives in Dominica with his wife and appreciates the serene beauty of the Caribbean’s nature isle.
